The GE Vivid E9 is the top-of-the-line premium cardiovascular ultrasound machine from GE. It has amazing image quality and the latest features including xMatrix and 4D cardiac. This makes cardiac evaluation more efficient, especially in stress echo exams. The E9 also includes Accelerated Volume Architecture, resulting in faster processing times and more patient data via increased volume size, resolution, and rate. The Scan Assist feature allows the user to set their own viewing protocols, saving time to focus on the patient.

Through the E9’s Accelerated Volume Architecture, this ultrasound features eight times the processing power when compared to conventional ultrasounds. This means a large field-of-view that’s ideal for capturing the entire heart with high frame rates and comprehensive diagnostic information. This imaging architecture also means fewer artifacts and enhanced resolution. 4D cardiological imaging has become a more prevalent practice as cardiologists continue to learn about its usefulness and accuracy. Additionally, 4D ultrasound usage is especially efficient and effective for cardiac studies, including stress echo studies.

The Vivid E9 is similar to the Logiq E9 in popularity, pricing and advanced technology. The Vivid E9, however, specializes in cardiovascular applications - whereas the Logiq E9 is a shared-service system. This does not mean, however, that the Vivid isn't capable of producing images for applications other than cardiovascular. Rather, it still projects images for abdominal,small parts,OB-GYN,intraoperative and musculoskeletal and transcranial doppler imaging.
